I'm thinking the little cafe curtains in the breakfast area are yours, yes? I love the fact that the wood furniture matches the wood floor. I didn't remember the floor was light and I love it ~ makes room look bigger.
I know the place was clean and freshly painted BUT that is really just the start, the background. Your "appointments" make the point well ~ this is a cute, cozy cottage.

As you're aware I am an experienced Real Estate Agent. To be honest I thought I knew all the tricks of the trade on how to move a property quickly-WRONG!
